She is the first girl from the imprint label of Rodney Jerkins, AKA Darkchild. 21 year old Rhona Bennett has a lot to live up to, the poor child. I mean Destinys Child, Whitney Houston, Mary J Blige, Brandy, Monica, J-Lo. This guy has produced big songs for all these big artist and now she has to live up to this, I would hate to be in her shoes.

Rhona is a native of Chicago and of course has sung in church choirs. She was spotted by an agent who helped her to make major steps in the entertainment industry, she is also an accomplished actress and has appeared in "Homeboys in outer space" (out of what?), as well as other well known American films and sitcoms, like the Jamie Fox Show.

The single is pretty normal but if it gets regular airplay will become one of those records that you will hear and get to know very quickly. If I was to go by the single cover alone I would marry her tomorrow she is slamming, but you know about retouching, it works wonders. I saw the video on MTV and she looks damn good, but she looks like a big girl, I mean tall. Anyway watch out for her she will not be ignored.

Rodney jerkins has a lot to prove, can he make a success of an unknown artist? If she fails will it be because of him or will it be just because she just cant cut it? Well we will just have to wait and see.
