FK To me A&R's are jokers. A lot of them are jokers who get paid to say things, and get paid to look for talent and they don't even know what talent is. Some of them say you sound too English, or others say you need to sound more English or you sound like Glamour Kid and Glamour is not really doing it. I, think it's either something is good or is not. Funny enough, I wrote a lyric today aimed at the A&R but I don't wanna swear.........

FK Basically, what I'm trying to say is that "boy, I'm doing the same thing that I've always being doing but is it now you see the W next to my music, I'm heavy" Nothing aint changed for me man I'm doing exactly the same thing, so that's why A&R's don't really. There's a few good ones, but the majority of them are rubbish you know what I mean. I aint watching that. They just sit around in the office, go to talent show and say "yeah! I found him. I found him. I found him." But this person been doing things long time before you've come, so didn't find nothing. You've just got the power to put them in places where they couldn't get to themselves.
